Microcap Conference Advocacy Roundtable: This panel will discuss ways to improve access to capital for smaller public companies. We’ll be covering going-public transactions including alternatives to traditional IPOs, market liquidity/volume issues and proposed solutions, regulatory considerations including the SEC’s proposed change to the definition of a “dealer,” and market rules that impact how orders are handled and reported. In addition to conference speakers, we may supplement this roundtable with panelists from market regulatory organizations and public advocacy groups.
