Peter Goldstein is a seasoned entrepreneur and capital market expert with over 30 years of experience. His diverse background in international business has equipped him with valuable insights across various markets and industries.

Throughout his career, Peter has held key roles such as investment banker, chairman, CEO, and advisor to public, private, and emerging growth companies. He has achieved remarkable success in capital markets, leveraging his expertise in M&A, strategic planning, and transaction structuring. Peter has led and completed numerous IPOs, uplisting and reverse merger transactions, private placements, and crowdfunding campaigns.

Peter began his entrepreneurial journey as the Founder and CEO of a specialty food distributor, pioneering the farm-to-table organic produce industry in renowned New York City restaurants.

He also co-founded and chaired the board of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: STAF), a publicly traded company in the international staffing sector focused on acquiring domestic and international staffing agencies.

Now, as the founder of Exchange Listing, LLC, Peter passionately provides growth companies with comprehensive strategic planning and implementation services to facilitate listings on esteemed exchanges like NASDAQ, NYSE, and NEO.

He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Emmis Capital, a specialized fund, and serves as the CEO of Grandview Capital Partners, Inc., where he offers M&A, financial, operational, and organizational consulting services to businesses across the globe.

Holding an Advanced Corporate Directors certificate from Harvard Business School and an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami, Peter Goldstein is a highly accomplished professional. He has also held several FINRA registrations, including Series 7, 24, 79, 99, and 66.
