Originally from Dallas, TX, he earned a BA from the University of North Texas before pursuing his MA in Apologetics (with honors) at BIOLA University in Los Angeles, CA. A U.S. Army veteran, Chaz embarked on his journey to establish this boutique insurance agency in 2014, built on the foundations of honor, integrity, and discipline, with a mission to safeguard what his clients work hard to build.

Currently working hard for over 1,200 clients, Churchwell Insurance Agency has proven to be a comprehensive solution, tailored to address each client's unique needs effectively. With nearly two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Chaz is currently on track to attain the highest industry certification, specializing in executive liability insurance lines - the ExecPLP designation. An avid reader, he finds solace in engaging with captivating non-fiction books and dedicates time to serve in his church. Sports are a passion for Chaz, and he takes great joy in attending his daughter's basketball games.
