Maury McCoy

Maury McCoy is the president of McCoy Associates, a third-party marketing firm helping unique investment strategies raise capital from endowments, foundations, pensions and family offices.
Over the last 20 years, Maury has primarily focused on managers in the small/micro-cap space, having raised over a quarter-billion dollars for micro-cap focused managers, many of whom started with little to no assets.
Maury has extensive knowledge of the micro-cap sector. He has served on the advisory board of a micro-cap focused fund and his research in the area of micro-caps has been published by the Investment Management Consultants Association.
Maury grew up in Omaha, the epicenter of value investing, and graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. He holds the Series 63, 65 and 7 licenses, and is a Registered Representative with Compass Securities Corporation, Braintree, MA.
Maury currently resides in Raleigh, NC, with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, Maury plays just about every sport, grows bonsai trees and is an amateur magician.
