He is Founder and President of his 100+ person law firm, Callagy Law, and he built and sold his first 40-person law firm in a little over a year in his twenties when he was only two years out of law school. Sean is one of only two attorneys out of 1,220,000 attorneys in America to achieve 2 Top 100 National Jury Verdicts between 2014 and 2016, and the only one who was blind. He has also collected more than half a billion dollars on behalf of his healthcare clients.

As an international speaker, Sean has broken sales records on Tony Robbins stage, and speaks for Fortune 10-500 companies like T-Mobile, Disney, Bristol Myers Squibb, Salesforce, as well as for National News Networks and Legal Associations and raised over 10 million dollars for charity on stage in 2022.

Sean is also the founder of his own charitable foundation, the Callagy Christian Foundation, which he funded up front with a personal donation of over 7 figures. While creating his professional successes, he coached and attended virtually all of his three children’s more than 1,000 sporting events and activities over the past 15 years and he is a blind warrior and adventurer, skiing, surfing and scuba diving in the most extreme of conditions.
